1. Returns

a. Eligibility

You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In the original packaging.
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

b. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Custom or personalized products.
• Items purchased on sale.
• Gift cards.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

a. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

b. Refund Method

Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

c. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

• Items with obvious signs of use.
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

4. Exchanges
